Short trash run between West Pines and Owensville Rd

This was our first complete trash walk since the end of December. Met a nice guy from Candlewyck with his dog. He did an excellent job pre-collecting what ever he found. Also found parts of a car again that went into a ditch during last weeks snow storm. Why can't these drivers clean up after them?
